Acts are defined as official verbal or physical behavior from an African nation toward any other (including non-African) nation, leader, international organization, or group of states. These are further categorized into conflictual or cooperative acts. For each act, information provided includes actor, date, target, setting, WEIS action category, and type of foreign policy instrument used.
