The COVID-19 vaccination survey was implemented in-person between April and July 2022, piggybacked on the Ethiopia Socioeconomic Survey (ESS) 2021/22. The survey consists of one module on household member vaccination status, willingness to be vaccinated, and reasons for vaccine hesitancy.
