Consists of survey data collected from experts in the realm of opioid legislation to assess opinions about the impact of this legislation on opioid-related harm. Using a modified Delphi expert process, this study aims to develop a taxonomy of opioid legislation. The survey rounds consist of an initial survey, and a follow-up survey one year later to gauge opinions about overall legislative impact.
